POLICIES
The following policies apply to appointments booked with ResolveX Performance Physiotherapy.
APPOINTMENTS
Appointments are booked online through Cliniko or as otherwise arranged.
A confirmed booking reserves dedicated clinical time.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
A minimum of 12 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 12 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice will result in the full appointment fee being charged.
PAYMENTS
Payment is required at the time of your appointment.
We accept EFTPOS, debit and credit card payments. Private health insurance claims can be processed on the spot where applicable.
Where relevant, Medicare or DVA claims will be processed in accordance with current requirements.
Agreement to Terms
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these payment and cancellation policies.
